Action research is a magnificent tool any industry can use to be proactive in accomplishing a goal.  In education, this research can be use to pin point potential problems, using a practical function with educational leaders in working as a team to work to focus students ambition, taking action so those students can achieve and share the success with other leaders to better their educational community.
This type of inquiry is brought on by educational leaders, who want to restore the potential of their students, even if those students don’t see their potential.  This potential has the possibility to increase the success of the teacher, the school and the district.  In action research, every problem has a program in place; where the problem has the prospective of being overcome.
The personal responsibility an educator takes in to account is to help the student in almost every way, shape form and fashion to achieve a higher level of success.  The educator is consumed with a personal ambition of focus on the students and their success. In understanding this role, the administrators purpose can be to see the “damaged” part of a larger whole. The proactive administrator can now repair the damaged part and the whole is now working efficiently.
When the goals in action research are accomplished, school goals are achieve faster and students success is measured by their increasing success in performance.  Then learning becomes quicker and the school environment is more responsive to the common purpose of success.
The administrators, teacher and community members know if we fail nothing else will matter.  This is why speaking the language of unity for a stair way up word will bring self governance and advance with confidence in school and in life.
